Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time CXO or CTO?
Great question! For starters this is a lesser known role and function of the executive board. There are few experts on how to hire, align or retain such a person on the executive team. Additionally the need for such expertise year round doesn’t make sense for all types and stages of organizations.
With a monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to. This ensures you’re only paying when your goals or efforts need support.
Is there a limit on how many requests I can have?
Once submitted, you are able to add as many requests as you like. They will be delivered one or two at a time depending on needs and scope.
What is the turnaround time on a project?
On average, most requests are completed within three business days. However more complex requests can take longer.
Who’s behind the scenes?
We are a one-person agency. This means that you’ll be able to work directly with the founder. When/as appropriate, some requests are covered by partners.
How does the pause feature work?
If you choose to pause at any point during your subscription, work will stop and the remaining days will be banked until you are ready to resume your subscription. You will not be billed again until after those days are used.
What if I only have a single request?
No problem. You can pause your subscription when you finished and return when you have additional experience design or transformation needs.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality and bespoke nature of the work, no refunds are issued.
